• 80% Payment Requirement: To initiate any project, 80% of the total payment must be made upfront. This payment is non-refundable, even if the client decides to cancel the project after it has commenced.
• The remaining 20% payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
• Any additional services requested outside the initial scope of the project may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Project Timelines

• Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon at the beginning of the engagement.
• Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to delays in providing necessary information or approvals, may result in an extension of the delivery timeline.
• AR Concepts will not be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the timely and efficient completion of the project.
• Any revisions or changes requested after the project scope has been finalized may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

5. Non-Refundable Clause

All payments made to AR Concepts are non-refundable, including the initial 80% deposit. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they understand and agree to the project scope, timelines, and deliverables before proceeding with payment.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, AR Concepts will transfer ownership of the final deliverables to the client. However, AR Concepts reserves the right to use the work for promotional purposes, such as case studies, portfolios, or marketing materials.
• Any third-party content or software used in the project will remain the property of its respective owners and subject to their licensing terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• AR Concepts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our liability for any direct damages arising from the performance of our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
• In the event of termination by the client, all payments made to AR Concepts are non-refundable, including the 80% deposit.

9. Governing Law
